Here at Salt Spray Surf School we are all about getting youth into the surf while also teaching them a few things about our beautiful ocean along the way.
Session Components
High SchoolsSalt Spray Surf School proudly offers level two and level three performance credits for surfing! It is a NZQA approved Achievement Standard! Inquire for more info.
Surf Day Options:
½ Day 9:30 – 12pm or 12:30 – 3pm: two and a half hour lesson (total) including 1 hour on land lesson and ocean talk, then 1hr 30 in the water.
Full Day 9:30am – 2:30pm : 5 hour day including 1 hour on land lesson and ocean talk, then a 1 hour surf session, 1 hour lunch break/beach play, another hour and a half surf session to finish the day.

We are open for business from October until April!
This means that you can book a surf programme with Salt Spray on any dates in either Term 1 or Term 4.
